I love Asheville’s Pack Square, you never know what you’re going to see! During the four days I painted there I saw hoola hoopers, street musicians, and even a scraggly brass band. I put them all into this moody panorama which reminds me of the Asheville conjured up by Thomas Wolfe’s Look Homeward Angel.
